Data Deletion Instructions

1. Email vancecompanyteam@gmail.com from the email address or phone number associated with your submission or account
2. Include whether you’re requesting deletion as a Client or as a Lead
3. We’ll confirm your identity and process the request within 30 days

For Clients, this includes your account, business profile, and campaign configuration. For Leads, this includes your name, phone number, and your answers to our intake questions. Some information may be retained where required for billing, tax, or legal recordkeeping, and we may keep a record of your deletion request and of the consent you gave to be contacted, as needed to show we complied with the law and to honor your opt-out.

The law firm or business that received your inquiry is a separate business with its own records. When you ask us to delete your information, we will also pass the request on to the Client we sent it to. If you hired a law firm, that firm may be required by law or professional rules to keep certain client records, and you should contact it directly about those.

To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop calls, tell the caller or email us at vancecompanyteam@gmail.com with the phone number. You do not have to delete your information to opt out.

Depending on your state, you may also have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. Email us with your request and the state you live in. We do not sell personal information to data brokers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

If your information was shared with Meta for ad delivery or measurement, you can also manage your ad preferences directly through your Meta account settings, in addition to requesting deletion from us.
