Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your personal information from White Candle at any time, whether you’re a Client with an account or a Lead who submitted a form through one of our Clients’ funnels.

How to request deletion

Email vancecompanyteam@gmail.com from the email address or phone number associated with your submission or account
Include whether you’re requesting deletion as a Client or as a Lead
We’ll confirm your identity and process the request within 30 days

What gets deleted

For Clients, this includes your account, business profile, and campaign configuration. For Leads, this includes your name, phone number, address, and form answers. Some information may be retained where required for billing, tax, or legal recordkeeping.

Data shared with advertising partners

If your information was shared with Meta for ad delivery or measurement, you can also manage your ad preferences directly through your Meta account settings, in addition to requesting deletion from us.
