White Candle provides platform access, promotion, and lead delivery infrastructure: a dedicated funnel, call booking, and a dashboard. Your daily or recurring charge covers access to this infrastructure and the promotion of your business. It is not a guarantee of any specific number of leads, bookings, or business outcomes.

White Candleis an advertising and marketing platform. It is not a law firm and is not a lawyer referral service. It does not provide legal advice, does not evaluate any person’s legal situation, and does not recommend, endorse, or rate any attorney. Nothing on our websites creates an attorney-client relationship.

• Using our websites and submitting an inquiry is free
• Answers you give should be accurate. They are used to pass your inquiry to a law firm or business, not to decide whether you have a claim
• Law firms are independent businesses. Any attorney who contacts you is solely responsible for their own services, fees, and communications, and you are never required to hire anyone
• If you already have an attorney for the matter, please speak with them. We cannot match you with another firm
• Article and website content is general information, not legal advice. Deadlines for bringing a claim vary by state, so consider speaking with a licensed attorney promptly
• We do not guarantee that any firm will contact you, that you have a claim, or any outcome of any matter. This is attorney advertising
• Calls and texts are sent only as you consented to on the form, and you can opt out at any time (see our Privacy Policy)

By submitting a form on our websites or clicking to agree, you agree to use electronic signatures and to receive related notices and disclosures electronically. Your consent to be contacted by phone call or text message is described next to the consent checkbox on each form and in our Privacy Policy.

• An initial charge equal to your first day’s budget is billed when you set up your account
• Daily recurring billing at your set budget begins once your profile is complete and active
• You can change your daily budget or pause promotion at any time from your dashboard
• Failed payments pause active promotion until payment is resolved
• Law firm Clients may instead buy a set number of leads at an agreed price per lead. The purchase is charged to the card you provide, and the checkout screen states the amount and any authorization for additional leads delivered beyond the number purchased, which stays in effect until you tell us to stop

• You represent that you and the attorneys you name are licensed and in good standing where you practice, and that your firm name and office details given to us are accurate
• You are solely responsible for complying with the rules of professional conduct, and the attorney advertising, solicitation, lawyer referral, and fee-sharing rules, of every jurisdiction in which you are licensed or accept matters, including any filing, disclosure, or review requirements that apply to advertisements and funnels run in your name
• Amounts you pay us are for advertising and marketing services. They are not a share of, and do not depend on, any legal fee you charge, and we do not recommend you to anyone
• You will contact Leads only as the consent they gave allows, will honor opt-outs and do-not-call requests promptly, and will follow telemarketing, text message, and accident-victim contact rules that apply, including any waiting periods
• You will not represent that White Candleevaluated a Lead’s case, and you will not promise or imply results to Leads
• We may pause or change a funnel, or stop delivering inquiries from a state, if we believe it may not comply with applicable rules

You agree to provide accurate business information, use the platform only for legitimate business purposes, and not misrepresent your business, licensing, or qualifications to Leads.

Lead volume and quality can vary based on market conditions, budget, service area, and other factors outside our control. Charges reflect access to the platform and promotion infrastructure, not a guaranteed outcome.

You may pause or stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms.

The platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Candle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
